EasyShip delivers personal parcels from the United States to Russia, Belarus, and other countries. Parcels to Russia may be delivered to the recipient’s local post office or directly to the door, depending on the destination and service selected.

Shipping Options to Russia or Belarus

If you are shipping a parcel to Russia or Belarus, you can either bring it to one of our agents or complete the process online through the EasyShip website.

Option 1

Drop Off at a Collection Point

If you live in a city where EasyShip has a drop-off location, simply pack your parcel and bring it to one of our agents.

  • Your parcel will be processed at the collection point and then forwarded to the EasyShip warehouse in Delaware.
  • Payment is made directly at the drop-off location.
  • You will receive a tracking number right away.
  • You can track the parcel through the EasyShip portal.
  • To speed up parcel processing at the collection point, you may download and complete the declaration form in advance.
  • Please bring your parcel unsealed so the contents can be inspected by our agent.
Option 2

Ship Online Through the Website

If you cannot bring your parcel to a collection point, you can ship it online through the EasyShip portal.

  • Complete the online shipment form and pay for the service.
  • You will receive by email:
    • a FedEx shipping label,
    • and a completed customs declaration with your tracking number.
  • Drop the parcel off at a FedEx location.
  • The parcel will be delivered to the EasyShip warehouse in Delaware and then shipped to the recipient country.

Declaration Forms for Customers

Customers who plan to hand over a parcel directly to an EasyShip agent may complete the declaration form in advance. This helps speed up parcel acceptance and processing at the collection point.

Russia and Belarus Declaration Forms

If you are giving your parcel to an agent, you may pre-fill the declaration form before visiting the collection point. The parcel will then be further shipped to Russia or Belarus using the appropriate declaration.

The forms are CN23 customs declarations for customer shipment information.

BIS-711 Form

If your shipment requires BIS-711 documentation, please prepare the form in advance.

Rates and Delivery Terms

Shipping costs depend on the parcel’s weight, dimensions, and state of origin. If there is no local EasyShip agent in your area, the shipment price can be calculated on the website.

Pricing Notes

  • Rates vary based on parcel size, weight, and the U.S. state from which the shipment is sent.
  • The minimum charge applies from 10 lb.
  • When sending through FedEx to the EasyShip warehouse, an additional charge of approximately $12 may apply.

Customs Conditions

  • If the customs threshold is exceeded, the recipient may have to pay duties.
  • The indicated customs fee rule is 15% of the excess value, but not less than €2 per excess kilogram.
  • The reference parcel weight threshold shown on the page is 31 kg.
